Fusion Encore Apartments in Hollywood, CA offers convenient gated subterranean parking for residents.

Rent can be paid easily through our online portal using ACH, credit, or debit cards. We also accept cashier’s checks. Please note that cash payments are not accepted.

We welcome your guests to our community; however, subletting is prohibited.

Fusion Encore Hollywood Apartments proudly offers residents 24-hour maintenance service and response. Contact the leasing office, or submit a maintenance request through our online Resident Portal. We will respond to your inquiry as quickly as possible.

Resident safety is a priority at Fusion Encore Hollywood. Our community is gated and offers controlled access onto the premises.

Fusion Encore may occasionally host resident events; however, residents can enjoy our fitness center, yoga room, conference room, and lounge any time!

Yes, you are welcome to decorate your apartment to make it feel like home! However, we do ask that you avoid any permanent modifications (such as painting walls or installing fixtures) without prior approval. Minor changes, like hanging artwork or using removable wall hooks, are perfectly fine. Please reach out to us if you’re planning any modifications that might affect the apartment structure or require approval.
